* General cleanup
* Removed API to set timeout on a browser, instead fallback to the SWTBot
global timeout (pending comment from the original author about his
opinions).
* Introduce a Credentials class instead of passing in username and
passwords as string, and getting them out as awkward arrays of strings.
The tests dont pass on macosx because webkit requires to be run on the main
thread, but the tests are running on non-main thread.
